Step 1: Creative Consultation & Design Development

Step 2: 3D Modeling & Digital Prototyping

Step 3: Master Model Creation & Molding

What We Do: The approved CAD file is used to 3D print a high-resolution master model in wax or resin. This master model is then used to create a rubber mold for casting. For larger production runs, this mold allows us to produce consistent and identical wax patterns efficiently.

Step 4: Casting & Metal Preparation

This is where your jewelry begins to take its metal form.

What We Do: The wax patterns created from the mold are placed in a casting tree and invested in a plaster-like material. Once cured, the investment is heated, the wax melts away, leaving a perfect cavity. Molten metal—such as sterling silver, gold, or platinum—is then poured into this cavity.
After Casting: Once the metal cools and solidifies, the pieces are broken away from the tree. They are then cleaned and undergo initial finishing processes like tumbling to smooth rough edges.

Polishing: The piece goes through multiple stages of polishing to achieve the desired luster, whether it’s a high-shine, matte, or textured finish.
Quality Control: Every single piece is meticulously inspected by our QC team. We check for:
