What materials do you work with?
We use a variety of metals such as 10K, 14K, 18K gold, S925 sterling silver, and S999 fine silver. For gemstones, we offer natural stones, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and high-quality cubic zirconia.
Can you provide certificates for gemstones?
Our larger gemstones often come with international certificates, while smaller diamonds do not have individual certificates. We recommend jewelry retailers obtain certificates from local authorized institutions upon receiving our products to ensure alignment with local standards. Additionally, we welcome collaboration where we supply only the ring settings, allowing you to set the stones yourselves.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the type of product and materials used. For most items, the MOQ is low to accommodate small businesses, but we can handle large orders as well.
